![]() ![]() My opinion is that the tech manipulated the program to give consistent results so that they didn't have to return my money. ![]() When I called them back in early February they said that they got the program working and the couldn't help any more. This was in mid January, I started to run the diagnostics again the next day I did this about 10 times in the course of 2 weeks and I got different results each time, so the program is still screwed up. I asked him about this and he said it was ok as long as the program worked and gave the codes and erased them, JUST use the task manager to close it. ![]() He got all systems to read the codes EXCEPT the program could not close it was unresponsive, had to close it with task manager. I have been in touch with Carsoft and had the tech run the diagnosis of each system on my 230 SLK. ![]()
